RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Zrshik, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent return 
and refund policy within the guidelines below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return your Zrshik Ancestral Hair Oil within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received a damaged or wrong product
- The product seal is intact

Items NOT eligible for return:
- Opened or used bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Include: Order number, reason for return, photos (if damaged)

Step 2: Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Step 3: Ship the Product
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Write the RAN clearly on the package
- Ship to the address provided by our team

Step 4: Inspection
- Once received, we inspect the product within 2-3 working days
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of your return

3. REFUND POLICY

Approved Refunds:
- Processed within 5-7 working days after product inspection
- Refunded to the original payment method

Refund Methods:
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer
- Online Payment: Refund to original card/account (takes 7-14 business days)

Refund Amount:
- Product cost: 100% refund for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges: Non-refundable (unless product is defective)
- Return shipping cost: Borne by customer (unless wrong/defective product)

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the damage
- We will arrange FREE pickup and replacement at no extra cost
- Full refund available if replacement is not preferred

5. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours
- We will arrange FREE pickup
- Correct product will be dispatched immediately OR
- Full refund will be processed within 7 working days

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order:
- BEFORE dispatch: Full refund, no charges
- AFTER dispatch: Cancellation not possible; follow return process after delivery

To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product delivered

Regular exchanges (due to customer preference) are processed as returns 
followed by a new order.

8. NON-RETURNABLE SCENARIOS

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- Product seal broken or tampered with
- Product used or partially used
- Return requested after 7 days
- Missing original packaging or invoice
- Customer unable to provide order details

9. RESULTS-BASED REFUNDS

Zrshik Ancestral Hair Oil is a natural product. Results may vary based on 
individual hair type, usage consistency, and underlying conditions.

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for "product didn't work for me" scenarios
- Results typically take 4-8 weeks of regular use
- We recommend following usage instructions for best results
