At Zrshik, we deliver across Pakistan with care and reliability. 
Please review our shipping terms below.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur
- And 500+ other cities nationwide

For remote areas, delivery may take additional time or may not be available. 
Please contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Standard Delivery Timeline:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 working days
- Other Cities: 5-7 working days
- Remote Areas: 5-9 working days

Order Processing Time: 24-48 hours after order confirmation.

Note: Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays 
will be processed on the next working day.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan
- FREE Delivery: On orders above Rs. 2,500
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for Rs. 500 (where applicable)

4. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available across Pakistan
- Bank Transfer (Meezan,Mashreq,NayaPay)
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

5. COURIER PARTNERS

We ship through trusted courier services:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P (Muller & Phipps)
- Daewoo Fastex
- Call Courier

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- SMS with tracking number
- WhatsApp notification with courier details
- Email confirmation with tracking link

You can track your order directly on the courier's website using your 
tracking ID.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package 
cannot be delivered:
- First Attempt: Courier will call you before delivery
- Second Attempt: Rescheduled based on your availability
- Third Attempt: If unsuccessful, package will be returned to us

If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal 
without valid reason, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging/product
- We will investigate with the courier and issue replacement or refund

9. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not 
responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided 
by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address changes after 
dispatch.

10. HOLIDAYS AND CLOSURES

We do not process or deliver orders on:
- Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Azha (3 days each)
- Independence Day (14th August)
- Pakistan Day (23rd March)
- Other national holidays

Delivery times may be affected during these periods.
